How to Replace a Sonicare Toothbrush Head

To change Sonicare brush heads, you need to follow just two easy steps, which a 10-year-old can do easily.

  • Grab your brush by hand and use a little force to pull the head away from the handle. You will hear a slight click sound, and the brush head will be in your hand.
  • You will observe a straight metal prong. This metal prong act as a connection between the brush handle and head
  • Now grab the new brush head, and you will see a hole in the brush head, which is exactly the size of a metal prong. Push the brush head on the metal prong. You will again hear a slight click, and if you are using the appropriate brush head, then because of the brush sync function, the brush indicator light will blink three times, indicating that you are all ready to go.
  • All you need to do is press, push, brush and repeat.
